The name Wyence is a tribute to our lineage, combining the first letters of “Wyatt” with the phrase “from whence we came.” Our brand is deeply inspired by the Sankofa bird, a symbol from the Akan people of Ghana, meaning “go back and fetch it.” This philosophy guides us as we honor the icons and changemakers of the past, while shaping a future filled with bold, artistic expression.
